If you are feeling like your efforts are not being seen, this is for you.
It is easy to assume that visibility looks like big numbers or loud responses. But that is not the only way your work is reaching people.
Exposure does not always announce itself.
Sometimes it whispers.
It can show up in a message from someone who has been following quietly for months.
It can be a conversation that starts with, “You said something once that stuck with me.”
It can be a referral from someone you had no idea was even watching.
It can be a sentence you shared that gave someone a small shift they never told you about.
We are often taught to chase the next big wave.
But there is power in noticing the ripple effect you have already created.
Instead of asking, “How do I get more reach?”, try asking:
Where is my influence already showing up? What feedback or impact have I brushed off as ordinary? Who is still carrying something I shared, long after I shared it?
Sometimes, we become so focused on growing, we forget to honour what has already grown.
This is not about settling. It is about presence. And presence does not mean standing still. It means seeing clearly.
If you want to bring this into practice, start a note on your phone called “Signs it is working”.
Write down: A response to something you shared A conversation sparked by your insight A quiet message from someone who has been watching A shift a client experienced and mentioned A small moment where you felt the work landed
This is how you stay connected to the value you bring.
Not by looking further ahead, but by recognising the reach you already have.
Nothing is missing.
You are already making a difference.
